DATA & AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

As a Technology Data and Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data-driven insights and implementing automation solutions to optimize technology processes within our organization and for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, technology systems, and the ability to design and deploy automation workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

REQUIREMENT

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various technology systems.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and processes.
• Utilize scripting languages and automation tools to streamline tasks and processes.
• Continuously improve and optimize automation solutions.
• Integrate disparate technology systems to improve data flow and accessibility.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing technology processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Document automation processes and provide training to relevant teams.

• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement measures to protect sensitive information.

QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in data analysis, data manipulation, and automation development.
• Proficiency in programming languages
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices is a plus.
