PRODUCT & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

A Product and Customer Experience Manager should have a deep understanding of the product and ensure the development and improvement of the product to enhance the overall customer journey and the satisfaction of the users.

REQUIREMENT

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the I.T. team, Design team, Marketing, and Customer support, to drive the successful launch and promotion of products.

• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the customer experience.

• Develop and implement customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Work with product teams to define and prioritize features that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success and identify features that will enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION

Ability to use various tech and communication tools such as Canva, Intercom, etc.
