Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending products to match.
- Complete sales transactions and handle cash and credit payments.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Arrange and stock shelves, and maintain presentation of merchandise.
- Monitor inventory and report any stock issues to management.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift.
